Boutique Hotel Élke Spa Superior offers a buffet or gluten-free breakfast. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Catalan and Spanish cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. Very nice stay. We decided to come back after several days in another 5 star hotel nearby. Highly recommended for the families with children's. Good location, underground parking, kids room.

Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The check-in process was fully automated, the hosts kept an active communication, and were flexible to our changes of check-in (in part due to the automated check-in). The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy, and the place was in a great location. They also offered cleaning services every day, so the room was kept clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The thermal spa area has an indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. A wide range of massages, facials and body treatments are available at an extra cost. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as table tennis and a games room. Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The spa facilities were perfect. The buffet dinner was great value.

The hotel is incredible – without a doubt, it takes first place for me and has become my favorite. From the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and waiters – every single staff member is truly wonderful, extremely kind, and radiates positivity at every moment. Still, the highlight for me was the eighth floor and the service there. I especially want to praise Gonzalo Gómez, the waiter on the eighth floor, who impressed us with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for every guest.

Rooms at Hotel Helios are spacious and comfortable rooms. They all have a private balcony and satellite TV. They also air conditioning, a safe, a mini fridge and an en suite bathroom. Convenient location just in the centre and easy access to all amenities, clubs and beach. On the 5th floor the noise is not so loud and they gave us ear plugs as well. Cleaners clean everyday and done properly Reception are very nice Nice swimming pool and good music to chill Just perfect!
