This 3-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and hammam, as well as a bar. Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Everything! The location - the ski school and the meet point, and the ski area was just at the front door of this hotel. The big party started at about 9:30am every morning and ended at about 4:30pm, and it came back to be quiet and peaceful. The room - the three-bedroom apartment was big and relaxing; views were amazing throughout windows and the large balcony. the kids loved this apartment. The staffs - hospitable, nice and helpful. Especially the front desk lady (I think her name is Martina), she was so kind and gave us so much help and information! The foods - all the foods we’ve tried in the hotel restaurant were delicious. A lot choices for breakfast and they had a little different menu every day; dinners were also amazing. The facilities - I really enjoyed their sauna room (with two goats next door lol) and the massage services. The place was new, clean, relaxing and private.

All rooms in the ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa have a balcony with mountain views and the south-facing rooms offer Matterhorn views. They all come with a kitchenette. Breakfast is served every morning.

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. Best place I’ve ever been in my life!!! Excellent attention, best view on Zermatt , centric, a place to dream of. If I have the opportunity will definitely return!!!

For the well-being and peace of mind of our guests, certain areas and time slots are reserved with access for adults only. The garden features sun terraces, a play area and the summer restaurant "Grotto al Sasso", serving traditional Ticino cuisine. Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was excellent. The hotel is very close to the station.

Had a great Balcony; room was excellent large and comfortable; breakfast was very comprehensive; overlooks the matterhorn mountain; this was our second time there; the hotel was updated and its even better; plan to go back next fall again
