A beauty and massage studio is also available. the staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. the room was beautiful and comfortable. the grounds are wonderful to walk around. the sauna is clean and well-maintained. overall, a great experience. i would return again happily!

Amazing food at the restaurant, really nice staff (our waiter Eszter was amazing!)

Located in the centre of Flachau, only 250 metres away from the ski slope and the cable car, Hotel Flachauerhof offers free WiFi in all rooms, a ski storage room, and a spa area with 2 saunas and a steam bath. A ski bus stops right outside. Great breakfast , not something big, but definitely enough. I arrived with family members which need Kosher food and brought it from home, the hotel's kitchen allow us to store our food in their refrigerator. We took 3 rooms, all of there were very big, fantastic rooms with a great view Staff member are very friendly.

Entire spa-area can be used on arrival day as of 15:00, departure day till 14:00 free of charge Loved this place and already planning our next trip so that we can stay there again. Super family friendly, everything was so comfortable and easy. The breakfast was next level! Our daughter has celiac and they had plenty of gluten free options for her, including cereal and muffins. The family pool is amazing as well, and the location can't be beat.

The airport is a five-minute drive away. Wi-Fi and public parking? Free of charge, of course. Our rooms are relaxed, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Many even have a balcony with a view of the mountains – perfect for taking a deep breath. Everything! From the tasteful decor, to the various areas for relaxation and hydrotherapy and delicious food and experience we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more! The staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel ! We will return!
