Breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast room has river view. There was a huge variety to choose from.. The hot foods were different every day. Direct TV with plenty of English channels. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. Staff were so nice and helpful.

Well… I can’t seriously evaluate this particular hotel. Inkaterra has 2 hotels in the town. This one and the high-end Inkaterra Pueblo. Considering Machu Picchu just reopened after the protests in Peru and there were very few tourists just yet, it didn’t make sense for them to have both hotels open. We have booked this hotel, but they put us in their main hotel. That one was still maybe at 10-20% of its capacity. That being said, the stay was amazing.

Newer, clean facilities. Nice location that is in the quieter area a little up the hill but still very convenient to restaurants, massages and everything else. The owners Rafael and Nicole are very nice. They helped pick us up at the train station and took us to buy our Machu Picchu tickets. Also helped us arrange a prepaid guide. We were able to stay at the lounge a bit with our luggage stored on the day we were leaving.

The room was lovely, spacious with a powerful shower and relaxing. The breakfast was varied although we were in a rush to catch a bus to Machu Picchu. The staff were fantastic, special mentions to Angela and Fernando.
