We are so glad we stayed in Milam Tulum, a dreamy newest property in the area of La Veleta, a must see trendy hotspot for those that want to experience the holistic side all in a unique luxurious ambient. Everything is really perfect, but the staff - above and beyond!!! Such hospitality is not so often, actually the best experience we had so far (and we are travelling a lot). We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.

To enjoy a week's vacation in Tulum, we decided to rent a car at the Cancun airport and stay at Hotel Terranova. It was the best decision we made! The experience at Boutique Hotel TerraNova was fantastic from the first moment! The hotel is located close enough to the center of Tulum for those who like to walk a bit (although we did use the car), but it is blessedly away from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of the jungle, allowing you to wake up with the sound of birds and made it possible to enjoy a calm and absolutely relaxing stay. The hotel space was immaculately clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel has an extremely friendly bar where the staff prepares excellent cocktails. And speaking of the staff… It is important to say that this is the strongest point of the hotel! I've traveled halfway around the world, but I've never come across a team so friendly and available to help you decide what to do around Tulum. Thank you very much Bani, Rafa and Gabriel! You were fantastic! It is worth mentioning that the cat Rita, also very friendly but full of personality, deserves to be considered an integral part of the team. She walks peacefully throughout the hotel and also contributes to the feeling of relaxation. And finally, many congratulations Gabriel! I hope you have a very happy birthday!

I. Come to Tulum every year and its a 2nd time I stayed here. Very clean, great swimming pool, yoga and massage on site ! Shops are within 1 min walk and lots of good restaurants including hotel restaurant as well. I highly recommend!
