The staff is super friendly and welcoming! The whole hotel is new, and well and smart designed. The pool area is clean and big. The breakfast was the best we had (and we had several good ones!) in morocco. For us it was the perfect stop on our roadtrip to get some relaxation, sun and service :-) the bed is very comfy and not so hard like most of the other beds in Morocco. Go here!

We stayed here on our way from Merzouga to Marrakech and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool right in the middle, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were excellent – spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were extremely attentive and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Another big plus is that the hotel offers convenient parking, which made our stay even easier.

Le petit riad is very close to the airport and therefore the perfect location to start or end your holidays. But it's definitely worth more than a stopover. Despite the proximity to the airport the Riad is calm and cozy, and Fatima and her lovely team are super helpful and adorable, the food is great ( also excellent vegetarian options). A perfect place to spend a couple of days to discover Ouarzazate and the region.

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! This ecolodge is a true jewel set within an oasis with stunning views of the mountains. Entirely of the grid, and no noise or light pollution. We are a family of four (two young kids 5 and 7) and a dog. Great place to hike or just sit back and enjoy the view, or watch the 'river of stars' at night. Mohamed and his family went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The home made meals were simply delicious and the kids even experienced making and baking the bread in traditional style. Highly recommended for families who want to get away from the city and just spend time together. And yet only 20 mins drive from ouarzzazate. We had an amazing experience! We will for sure come back! Pack some snacks and water before heading there.
