Room was quite large for a Japanese hotel, with a very nice shower, too! The beds were very comfortable, and I will definitely consider staying there again.

It's a recently renovated luxury hotel within The Tokyo Station building and some 15 min walk from the Imperial Palace. The level of service is unsurpassed and the personnel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our Palace side room was very well appointed, quiet, pristine clean and with nice amenities. Public areas were tastefully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast choice is wide and the food quality is superb - you will be tempted whichever type of breakfast you decide to choose - Japanese, Western, Asian/ Chinese.
