The modern yet traditional design. The entire space was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly even though we don’t speak japanese. The amenities of the public bath was also perfect. Went together with my parents and they enjoyed the stay absolutely. Will recommend everyone to stay here!

It was very close to all the main areas (5-10mins of driving) and the parking spaces were big so very easy to park. The public onsen was really nice we went there every night. There was a family mart inside the hotel so it makes buying snacks and drinks very easy for us as well!

The room space is enough for place a wheelchair, and enough for a disabled person walking. And the air conditioner is good for heating. Shower area is nice.

Instead of staying near Sapporo station, we chose to stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo near Shin-Sapporo station. It has direct access from New Chitose Airport without being too busy like Sapporo Station. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Shin-Sapporo Station. We had a lot of luggages so it was easy to transport them to the hotel. We also liked the amenities. We flew to Sapporo so it was perfect for us that we do not have to bring toiletries.
