Location was great and staff was really helpful. I got the meal package and it was great. Delicious breakfasts and dinners and really affordable if you prebook with your room booking. The communal meals are also a great spot to meet other travelers if you’re travelling alone.

The owner and his wife were incredibly helpful, humble, polite and gracious. The whole experience felt very authentic and Japanese, plus having the onsen in the hotel made the experience extra special!

The location is very convenient. It’s a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the slopes. There is also a few restaurants in the area too. The owner was super nice and helpful, I accidentally left my ski poles behind and he arranged for super quick delivery to Tokyo!
