The place is run by a lovely lady, so helpful, kind and lovely. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was absolutely phenomenal, real Japanese style regimen with such comfortables mattresses. The place has an in house restaurant. Very good food at affordable prices, breakfast was also extremely tasty, probably the best Japanese breakfast we had at any hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everything ! The owner was extremely thoughtful, loaning me her shoe drier when she noticed mine were wet from my hike. Very well positioned if you're heading to Mt Norikura, as the bus stop is right in front. Bed was comfortable and warm. Would love to stay again!
