* The room was exceptional for the price. Large, beautifully decorated with good facilities. * My wife really enjoyed the on-site hot spring * Location is exceptional, right next to Kanazawa Castle and park and set away enough from the main roads that noise from outside is not a concern. * Excellent breakfast buffet with many western, Japanese and region specific dishes to try. * The lounge cafe is very nice and (while we were staying), offered free Piano concerts in the evening. * There is a store on-site which sells souvenirs * Staff were very friendly and explained everything very well and in excellent English * Free shuttle bus that took us and all of our luggage from the hotel to Kanazawa station in comfort * Free soft drinks, water and beer in the refrigerator.

Great position -- a mere 5 minute walk from the central station, and 10-15 minutes from the major attractions in Kanazawa. Clean rooms with everything you could need in them, with a sincere eco-friendly commitment. A great staff -- kind, helpful and very competent. There a 3-hours long open bar before dinner for all guests, and the onsen is open all night long!

Stayed one night room was a twin with more space. Breakfast included. Very good luggage storage. Plenty of shops at the station and right on top of the bus station too. Wasn’t here very long but it was very good

The place was nice and comfortable, absolutely correct. On top of that we had access to the onsen and pool for free as hotel guests we loved it.
