Excellent location, a quick walk to centre of Mestre. Easy bus to the airport that stops right in front of the hotel. The bus to Venice is a short 3 minute walk away. The rooms are well renovated and very modern. There is a fitness room and a pool and spa area (extra cost) and a great breakfast for the morning. Excellent stay every time!

Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!
