It was just great. All the experience. The receptionist Rafaela was so nice and sweet. She was so polite, welcoming and supportive. You are very lucky to have her. About the room. I got a free upgrade to a very nice e big suite. Swimming pool was nice and have a really perfect atmosphere with a great music and best cocktail made from the best bartender Pano. Breakfast was pretty good and very nice dessert. The team of Crystal Water is very friendly , welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. it was a little beat noisy early at morning (around 5 a.m ) with the garbage collector .Highly recommended. We will definitely return again next year.

Very nice cosy villa. Super good wifi, so no stress when you need to do a bit of remote work. It is a nice small place with just a few villa’s. Quite and good to relax away from busy massa tourism. The heated pool and sauna were great.
