Large room with a very comfortable king size bed. We brought our dog and had a ground floor room which was perfect. We could walk her behind the hotel in the fields and on public paths nearby. The friendly staff provided me with gluten free bread for breakfast. The breakfast was okay.

Breakfast selection is full of varieties. The staff is warm and helpful. Prices are reasonable for dinner but the room price is a bit steep. After all, it is a once-a-while splash. It is worth it.

Building & grounds are absolutely beautiful. Loads of areas to sit outside. Great gardens. Lovely bar/cafe just past the lobby with friendly and attentive staff. The spa is great and well worth using.

We had a lovely one-night stay here. The room is clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly (also to our dog) and helpful. The location is a bit outside the town centre in a quiet area ideal for a relaxing spa hotel. The supper and breakfast were very good. The dog isn’t allowed in the restaurant but we could bring our breakfast to the bar area which was great too; they offered us the menu from the restaurant in the bar area in the evening.

Breakfast was delicious and with many options - to be indulgent or healthy - I noticed that items were replaced and stocked up during our time at breakfast - also the team were so lovely and friendly - coffee was delicious and they very kindly got me some soy milk

Very spacious apartment, everything major in Gloucester was a 10-minute walk away, so we didn't need to move the car much at all. When the basement neighbours (same host BnB) were rude by playing loud music all night, the host was responsive and apologetic, dealing with the situation promptly. The park opposite was perfect for our young children and really quiet in the mornings. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. One of the best accommodations we used on our whole trip.
