Beautiful from start to finish, the staff were so helpful and friendly haven’t got a bad word to say about the place, the spa was lovely and open early till late, our room was more than spacious beautiful all over. Reception staff were so accommodating! Would definitely stay here again, myself and my boyfriend actually added on another night, can’t wait to come back

We had an amazing stay at this apartment this Sunday! The two-bedroom unit was spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a perfect retreat for our stay. The rooms felt incredibly clean and fresh, with every detail taken care of. We were especially impressed by how well-maintained everything was. It was very spacious, double beds in every room and they were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were open plan which was great for us.

Reception from the outset was excellent. A small maintenance issues was fixed (on Sunday!) at our convenience when we left to sight see.

Opened in December 2016, No.15 Great Pulteney is situated just a 3-minute stroll from Pulteney Bridge, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!
