Great Parador for a break on the camino ! The village of Cruz de Tejeda is small, only 2 accommodation options. It is welcoming for all pilgrins. It’s not cheap, but de rooms are good - very clean and spatious. Also the Spa service are great for a relaxing afternoon. 🎟️ Booking in advance is mandatory. You can stamp your credentials there. Beautiful relaxing oasis in the middle of Maspalomas. We had been to Maspalomas twice previously but our first time at Birdcage. We were so happy we decided to stay here. The room (we had the pelican cage) was exceptional. Clean, with all required amenities and a private garden space. The resort itself was exceptional. Pool was great, it’s not too overcrowded as Birdcage is a smaller property. Breakfast included was exceptional, with several options to choose from a small buffet style, but if that doesn’t suit, the team will cook you breakfast from a vast selection of other options. And the team - they are exceptional. Ralf and Roland did a fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to check in each day and see if there was anything required.

Set within the 18-hole Salobre Golf Course, Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity features 7 outdoor swimming pools and a spa. This hotel is 15 minutes' drive from Maspalomas.

Absolutely excellent stay, which exceeded our expectations. The facilities were brilliant and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Our room had a calm balkony with beautiful view ideal for pleasure breakfast and dinner. Ideal for long evenings with wine. Our room equipment was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and there was silence during night. We didnt be exact in the main hotel -- orqidea, but you can use their pools, pool towels and all pool area included bars and restaurants. There was another restaurant (not exact in hotel area) on the left side of sea called Chiringuito Bahia where was very nice staff and the best dessert called Polvito Uruguayo in Gran Canaria =) (only 2 minutes by walk from hotel)

Within 1.5 km of Maspalomas’s sand dunes, Axel Beach Maspalomas - Adults Only features an outdoor pool, solarium, hot tub, sauna, hammam and gym.

We received the keys at the reception upon arrival. The reception agent was very friendly and helpful
