THE STAFF !! Everyone was doing their best to make us happy and smile. The reception ladies are extremely helpful and nice, the waiters are so welcoming and overall you feel very nicely treated !

Although we were only staying for one night, we found everything about the hotel to be perfect. We had an excellent room with sea view. The buffet food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was well prepared and had good variety. The communal areas were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Set beside the fine white sands and turquoise water of Jandia beach, this hotel allows you to enjoy a relaxing family holiday on the tropical island of Fuerteventura.

Calm and quiet. It is whatI hoped for! The calmness and just to enjoy the environment I am in. The staffs at the restaurant La Piazzetta were great! Attention to details, friendly and the great service. Easy access to the beach, rooms are clean and big and the view from the balcony is amazing! The breakfast has quite a lot of options and the food was great. Points to improve: 1. Room Service - since the hotel is big and already great. It would be exceptional to add this service. 2. 6:00-7:00am early breakfast should have atleast warm items like boiled eggs for easy to go. It was quite poor! All in all, I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. And, I'll be back for sure! It is 9/10. It would be a 10 next time if they add room service.

I loved the accommodation at the royal level. I'm sure coming back.

We stayed at MUR Faro Jandia Fuerteventura & Spa during Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Meals were excellent. The choice and quality of food like fruits, vegetables, salads, sweets much exceeded our expectations. Bravo for the cook and all the kitchen's and restaurant's amazing staff. SPA area and the pool very pleasant. Location stunning.
