This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. wow, what an amazing place, magnificent. Location, atmosphere, staff all at highest level. Swimming pool ( modern and with few tubs was a great addition.

Excellent apartment, perfectly clean and well-appointed, with secure parking and very close to the city center. The online check-in and take-over of keys by means of a code worked perfectly and allowed us flexibility. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. In spite of being close to a circulated road, it was quiet at night and we could enjoy a good night sleep. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the wonderful Karlovy Vary.

Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.
