The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!

The breakfast is full of various organic products, there is a juicer with a large selection of vegetables and fruits. Everything was perfect. Hotel is situated in nice and quiet location, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, breakfast selection was great and staff was super friendly and accommodating. On top of that hotel is dog friendly and has nice yoga room!

Super friendly and helpful staff in regional dress in a fantastic location. Fabulous food also and much from local suppliers. Pool and spa were perfect, and we were lucky with the weather too. We’ll be back!

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Ramsau, just a few steps from the stadium where all the cross-country tracks do start. The hotel offers free parking and upon entering, you are welcomed by more than attentive staff. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and more than rich. We also dined at the hotel and all the meals were greatly cooked and meticulously designed and prepared. The wellness is great and offers plenty of possibilities to relax.
