Store Ringheim’s restaurant is open on most days and serves a variety of homemade meals. Guests also have the hotel bar in which to relax after a day out in the surrounding mountains. It also has a garden. The contact and conversations with the owners was special. The location was special. Everyone was very helpful.

So peaceful, and absolutely stunning views all around. The cabin was incredibly well supplied and extremely clean. the hosts were above and beyond helpful and friendly. Cant wait to go back!

The alternative would have been leaving our bags in the bag room, but for us it was better to pay for the earlier check-in. Beautiful hikes at the top of the gondola. Great experience.

Excellent place to stay We wanted easy accessibility to fjord nearby and the location is very good. Coming to the place it had everything from equipped kitchen to hot water and good beds. I was traveling with my older parents and toddlers and they were very comfortable. If you want to visit nearby by spots and fjord this is perfect place to stay. We checked in late night and host was responding to queries very late hours which was such a help for us. We loved the stay a neat and clean, spacious place to stay.

The surrounding region offers excellent possibilities for alpine and cross-country skiing. Popular summer activities among Voss Hostel’s guests include hiking, horse riding and fishing. More adventurous guests can try parachuting, rafting or a wind tunnel. The view towards the lake is wonderful and serene. You can enjoy the view also at breakfast, which was, by the way, very nice, varied, tasty. Coffee was also very good. Other than breakfast you can prepare your meal in a little kitchen and we ate it outside, at a picnic table, by the lake. The room.was very comfortable, big enough, beds with optimal softness/firmness. We slept very well. There was also a sauna - didn't use it because it was already booked. In the evening we could relax on the sofa in a cosy library and there was.also a TV to watch. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
