The hotel have everything you may need, in the snow they have amaizing hot tub outside, and all the balconies have heater so you can enjoy the view, the staff was so kind, big thanks to Ms. Tamari, she was so helpful and gave every guest full attention and any required information, she is so kind and she speaks english perfectly 👌, the breakfast is perfect and they have very big buffet, not forgetting the direct access to the ski area from the hotel, so you dont need taxi or any transportation method.

Every unit has a kettle, while certain rooms include a balcony and others also offer mountain views. At the apartment complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location and easy communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

It’s our first time in Gudauri and we didn’t know much about the landscape- where to stay the best. After booking Tsiga I understood that most of people go for New Gudauri but in the end we didn’t regret at all. The staff is super welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is just good, there is also restaurant menu to have dinner (they cook really good!), they offer ski rental just in the hotel and moreover they drive you to and from the ski lift. Super lucky we’ve found Tsiga!
