The Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn cable car is 800 metres away and the stop of the free ski bus can be found right in front of the hotel. A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The units come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain or lake views. At the apartment complex, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the apartment offers ski storage space. It was clean and calm.Amazing choice for relaxing. The kitchen was full with all equipment needed for cooking.

Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. Good location. 5 minutes driving to Gerlitzen ski resort and about an hour to all major resorts like Flachau, Obertauern. Really kind hostess willing to take care of everything you need. Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

The breakfast was great, that included many fresh items from the owner's farm. The rooms were okay, the private lake beach and its equipment was amazing.

Everything, the location near the lake, the facilities, the cleanliness of the surroundings, a bakery and a supermarket.

Located in Annenheim, Atelier Ronacher is 70 metres from the Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn Cable Car and just 100 metres from the shore of Lake Ossiach. Each apartment offers a balcony or terrace, lake views, and free WiFi. It’s always a pleasure to visit such a beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. Outstanding apartment with friendly hosts. Extremely well equipped, spacious and with beautiful lake views. Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Bodensdorf, like skiing, cycling and hiking. Guests at Waldvilla BERGSEE can enjoy walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. Great location with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean.
