Everything was amazing starting with the house and the view to Gauja. The breakfast was very delicious. Room was quite big and had everything that is needed. It was very clean. We left our window open for the night and there was so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spending a night at the zoo felt absolutely magical! As a family with an 11-year-old, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere more unique or memorable. Walking around the grounds in the quiet morning hours before visitors arrived, and again in the calm of the evening after the zoo closed, felt so special — those moments with the animals are something we’ll never forget. We booked the largest room available, which was still quite small, but it was clean and comfortable. Right outside our door there was a spacious common area with couches, big tables, a water dispenser, and a fridge, so we actually spent a lot of time there when we weren’t sleeping. Breakfast was a real highlight. They prepared a lovely brunch-style plate, and the freshly made crêpes were honestly the best I’ve ever had in all my travels. The coffee, eggs, bacon, and salad were all delicious — not a single thing to complain about. While it might not be the most practical place for a long stay, for a one-night experience it was absolutely perfect. I’d especially recommend it for families with kids — truly unforgettable.
