The owner is very very friendly! He offered fruit, instant noodle and cool drinks when we checked in. The rooms were nice and warm, the owner got worried that we might get cold, he prepared many things to make sure we stay warm. Such as 3 layers of blankets! And some charging portable heater. The location is a bit far from the station but very nice if you drove. Has donkihote like 5 mins drive. Some restaurants within 5 mins drive.

A great price-quality ratio, a large room exactly like in pictures, a fully-equipped kitchen with wine glasses and other utensils, a comfortable bed (in my case it was two single beds put together), a walk-in wardrobe which is a nice element to it and the staff that went the extra mile to print out restaurant recommendations and a route to Teine ski resort when I asked. I came to Sapporo to ski so the location was key for me. To get to the Teine ski resort, you need to walk 15 min to Kotoni JR station and take a train for 20ish min to Teine station, then a bus (check the schedule in busy times!). A wonderful experience with the hotel that I would repeat without a doubt.

Loved the size of the house, it is enormous and it has a lovely garden and views across Sapporo. Loved the shower and the heated room off the shower room which made getting dried and dressed feel very comfortable! Pool table and massage chair were great additions and we made full use of them.

The location is amazing ! It is located near the subways which lead to the city area and airport very quickly yet conveniently ! Furthermore,it has a variety of food options right beside it so it is another good aspect for us ! It was only been a few days since I have left the place and I already miss it.Definitely going back to stay there the next time I travel to Hokkaido again.

Serene & affordably priced stay in wonderful little hot springs town. Excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen. Loved the sake bar on site & private nooks to read, sip sake, etc. Great location to explore the little bakeries & area around the hotel. Staff were excellent (spoke no english but this is normal). Loved the welcome drinks and the main room with board games. Very social yet tranquil and considerate space. Room was very warm, perhaps a little small but thats fine. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
