Everything was to a very high standard, the breakfast exceptional, really exceptional. Didn't miss it not being cooked. Lovely room and bathroom for a family of 4. Very quiet location and food options for dinner very close. Loved being able to open window at night for a little ventilation. Would definitely recommend. Kids loved the bunks.Room fitted out to an extremely high standard. Very good location for a variety of activities. Really suggest looking at this to avoid paying fort william prices.

This was honestly one of the loveliest guesthouses I have ever visited. The hosts created an exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and they seem to run the place with big hearts. It felt like coming home. We had a beautiful room with luxurious beds. Everything was very clean, and there was quiet during the night. There was a very nicely decorated and spacious lounge with a bar for guests. And a lovely and peaceful garden. It was possible to make tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent. Probably the best pancakes I have ever eaten. Location is excellent. We also got lovely recommendations for places in the nature to visit, and got the spend the evening swimming under the Eas Chia-Aig waterfall and in beautiful Loch Arkaig. Thank you so much for this lovely stay!

Sheila welcomed me very warmely in her house and helped a lot with all my questions and troubles (with the train - take the bus instead ;) ) The room was very clean and cosy and the common room with fridge, microwave and coffee was a very great plus :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable, good beds, nice bedding, a lot of large, nicely renovated bathrooms. We could regulate our own heating. The kitchen was fully equipped, had a nice dining area. Very good communication with the staff before our stay. Overall a great experience.

From the moment he checked us in, to serving us lunch, recommending outstanding wines – and only later discovering that he happens to be an exceptional sommelier – he impressed us at every turn. There was cold at the room and the radiator didn't work but the accommodation exceeded my expectations by bringing us a portable radiator and the room was pleasantly warm afterwards. Thank you so much for that! The staff is kind and the breakfast was tasty. Good location of the hotel.
