As a regular user of hotels and guesthouses, Min Y Don Guest House rates as one of the very best. The new proprietors Teresa and Rheinallt have converted the rooms into an almost appartment-like character. Our very tastefully furnished (mega) sea-view room had an estimated floor area of approx 20m³ which included a double-bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, small fridge and two armchairs which is briliant for bad weather days. Nevertheless the room was spacious and did not feel at all cramped. The room has a TV and WI-FI, and a kettle for coffee/tea. The adjoining bathroom is equiped with an above-avarage sized shower and was also not cramped. Everything is absolutely clean. Breakfasts are top quality and personalized for all tastes, and freshly cooked while you wait - nothing was to much trouble. So thank you Teresa and Rhein for a very enjoyabe week, we will be back! What an amazing stay in what can be described as true diamond of a hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean, Quiet, despite its prominent position on the Promenade, and staffed by people who seem to have been made for the hotel trade. Friendly, welcoming and whose purpose seems wholly focused on ensuring our stay was as good as it could be. A truly delightful find.

This is a wonderful property within walking distance of Conwy and just a short drive from most of the top attractions in North Wales. Jo is a great host who clearly loves the cottage - it’s spotless, with just about everything guests need, a lovely garden for outside dining, fabulous views of the castle from the bedrooms and just off the highway with parking right outside. Everything! The decor is amazing and it is in a fantastic location. We stayed in the middle floor apartment and the view from the living room was wonderful. In this property you also have access at the rear to an outdoor area (fire escape stairs lead through this down the back of the property) which I imagine would be welcome in warmer weather. It is such a spacious and welcoming apartment. The beds are very comfortable and as I have said, the decor is unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in - it really is stunning! Parking is on the road outside but we didn’t have any problems with that and managed to park more or less outside the property for the duration of our stay. We hope to return very soon.
