Check in - excellent customer service room - great right close to the lift - room 609 bfast - great range especially omellete location - superb & central room serviice - so efficient& acurate barista - coffee place was a great help to get a bigger sized to go cup valet parking - used this for one night only...too good!

    I’ve stayed at this property for years going back to Sheraton, worse stay ever. Room. smelled musty and damp, and we asked for an upgrade. Also had to pay in room for rm service dinner, not good, food was nice but room is was crap. Asked for extra bed took 2 hours.
