Just a 1 hour drive from international Cairns airport, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas boats a prime location as the only beachfront property to the Famous Four Mile Beach. Surrounded by 147 hectares of lush tropical gardens, the property features 2 hectares of sparkling saltwater lagoon pools, an18-hole golf course and 5-star resort amenities. What is there not to like at the Sheraton Grand Mirage! This is a 5-star facility with an endless supply of fun and comfort. We left the first hotel we had reserved on Booking.com because it was a disaster and filthy. We decided to sperge on the Grand Mirage, and we were so happy that we did. This is a true resort-style accommodation. There were so many pools we did not even see all of them. The rooms were fully stocked and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The restaurants were all first class, and the staff was all amazing. My son and I golfed, and we all swam all day. It was the most relaxing part of our 2-week trip to Australia. We were so happy that the first hotel was so bad, making us move to the Sheraton.

I love the Sheraton - Marriott Always stay when I go into different cities. Trust it. Gold Coast Sheraton a great place to stay. Doesnt compare to Sydney with regards food. Perhaps management dining at this restaurant for breakfast and dinner will give some tips to improve the Gold Coast. Although food is great at Gold Coast, definitely wouldnt complain. It doesnt compare to Sydney. However is alot better than Melbourne. Have been to all 3 in last 4 months.

The staff are racist and rudr. Room was filthy had dirty underwear on floor. Air cons dont work amd are det at 25°C the same temp as outside. Rooms are not worth the price. Sheraton is way better!

Best place I have stayed in on the Gold Coast by far (and this is even compared to Sheraton Grand Mirage!!). Meriton Suites Southport has become my go to place to stay and recommend for Gold Coast accommodation. Handy location, tram a very short walk away, local shopping and restaurants, and the apartment was fantastic!

It was beautiful and nice view from balcony. The apartment is very NICE decoration. Wine, chips, chocolate , toothbrush and razors are ALL complementary UNLIKE Sheraton or Marriott Hotel pay extra ( But rate for my last 2 nights are similar or higher than 5 Star hotel) Husband of host was very NICE to collect key and gave me ride to Cabolture train station on last day of My check-out.

Came from Sheraton in port Douglas. Staff there were amazing and so friendly. Your staff weren’t bad just not friendly and very transactional. The bar lady with the glasses was the rudest and so un friendly by the pool. So much so I didn’t go back there. Lady checking me out was nice but didn’t even ask how my stay was? It’s just the small things when you expect better

The bed was fantastic, incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and modern and very comfortable, comparable to Hilton or Sheraton. Bars and restaurant were excellent.
