IsraelRoom was comfortable and quiet, hotel has a very nice view and a private garden with a pond, staff knew English, was polite and helpful.
Very good for Shabbat keepers - the hotel gave us a mechanical key and showed us how to use the stairs, housekeeping disconnected the washlet, and the bell captain showed us the way to the synagogue.

VietnamThere is a comfortable Narita Airport transfer bus from the hotel. Breakfast has many varieties and is delicious. Convenience store, Disney souvenir shop, You can play Mario games is nice. Take a taxi from Maihama Station, it will cost around £10. I was very lucky and to buy Disney tickets at the hotel reception even though they were sold out online. They had a canceled ticket. I got back to the hotel late, but I was able to eat after Disney.

This is my third stay at Sheraton Miyako in Minato. As always, the rooms and lounge are very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. Good dry cleaning service, though they won't do dresses.

View was wonderful. Access to the Sheraton club lounge for complimentary breakfast, cocktails and snacks was excellent value. Shuttle service to Disney resort line was convenient. Check in and bag drop at the Disney welcome centre was very convenient.

The view is very good! Great location, very near to Disneyland, can just transfer within shuttle bus and Disney monorail. Most important is we can just check in and leave the luggage when enter Disneyland and Sheraton will help us settle everything, hazzle free! Thumbs up!
