AustraliaGenerous room size with spacious beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was equally spacious and excellent beds that provided the required comfort after a long day trips to the alps.
Loved the breakfast spread as it was filled with choices (bread pudding was a hit with the kids) . The wonderful concierge services provided us with the right trip advice to Jungfraujoch which was the highlight of our trip. Keep up the great work team.

Reception worker specially Nina the supervisor restaurant worker specially Florence and Jennifer
The location and all over super this my second visit to Zurich and the same hotel and I think to come back again next year off-course as well in the Sheraton
