The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We loved the services offered, especially the fact that they could pick us up directly from the airport and take us there. At first, I was attracted by the photos of Green House, all the fantastic tiles and mosaics, such a very traditional Moroccan house. Until I met Mehdi and Mohammed, I realized it is definitely the best decision I made in Fes. These two young gentlemen speak very fluent English, the communication is very smooth, and they really gave us all the help we need and met our requirements. That’s very important to us getting local advices and help in a foreign country, to learn a totally new culture during traveling. The two very enthusiastic young gentlemen who treat the hotel as meticulously as taking care of their home. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old Medina, near the iconic blue gate. It is a walking distance from all attractions, and also very close to the main road which is convenient to take a taxi to the train station. It’s located in a quiet branch of the lively Medina, so it’s won’t be noisy when you're inside the hotel. When we walked home from the center of the Medina at night it was very close and felt safe. It is highly recommended to have breakfast on their rooftop, enjoying amazing Fes city view.

A recently renovated property, Dar derb el miter is situated in Fès near Royal Palace Fes, Bab Bou Jeloud Fes and Medersa Bouanania. It is located 600 metres from Batha Square and provides full-day security. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. Loved the stay at the special small hotel. It was well located and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast as well. Without hesitation, I would stay again.

I loved everything about the place! We got a room upgrade and the staff was super nice and helpful. The room had a balcony that overlooked the inner courtyard and the ceilings were amazing! I woudl highly recommend the place.

I arrived around 10 PM due to an unexpected delay, but the host welcomed me with a warm smile, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was incredibly spacious—far larger than I had expected—and equipped with modern facilities. The house tour was a delightful experience. Unfortunately, I could only stay for one night as I was departing for Marrakech the next day. If given the chance to stay longer, I would definitely do so without hesitation.
