Location, service and the villa it self. It's amazing place and the service perfect. They offer pick up and drop off at the train station. The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The house is very clean. There are two toilets, one at level 1 another at level 2. The bathing facility is at level 1. At first , we were shocked to see the stairs… but we just left the luggage at level 1 and do our laundry everything at level 1. It even comes with heater at the laundry area. The washing machine and dryer are working really good. The mattress and blankets are so comfortable in this winter. The location is so convenient , McDonald with a great view of Mount Fuji is just opp down the road. Daiso and onsen are just next door.

The owner generously assisted with picking us up from and dropping us off at Kawaguchiko Station. Our group had small kids and elderly so this was extremely helpful especially since we didnt have to bring luggages. We loved that we can walk to view Lake Kawaguchiko (and avoid crowds from our vantage point). We were also fortunate to see Fuji through the unit's living room window. Lastly, there was plenty of beds/room for us to relax.
