I had trouble finding the location from the booking.com address but later realized she sent me a link in what’s app that would have worked better. A family member came to track us down and then helped back our vehicle into the parking spot. The mom was on site to give us our keys and let us in. She was incredibly sweet (as was the daughter on what’s app). The guest house was very modern on the inside. Bathroom was immaculate and it had everything we needed for our short stay. The best part was an espresso in the morning on the terrace right outside our door and the incredible view of the castle. We stayed in 6 guest houses in Albania and my friend and I quickly agreed with liked this spot best. It was steps away from the bazaar. Great value! And in the morning the father of the family came to back our vehicle out of the parking spot. Such kind people! Would highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

You are not in the center of town, but Permet is 10 mins walk from edge to edge so it wasn't a big deal for us. Parking is available.

Especially as the lady of the house came to bring us delicious food several times. She brought us rice pourage which brought me back to my youth 🤗 The bed is super comfortable, the shower and WiFi are great. The apartment has everything and more than you can wish for as its awfully furnished house. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the road up to the center and it was easy to park the car infront of the apartment. As every location up till now has been challenging to find in Albania. For us we followed google maps and then drove up the hill until we saw a bruncht blue house on the left hand side.

Beautiful room with a magnificent view over Gjirokastor. Very large and comfortable bed, good bathroom and a kitchen shared with one other room. Breakfast on the rooftop looking at the castle was great. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and arranged a last minute taxi from Sarande and also a lift to the bus station. It's a fairly level (for Gjirokastor) walk to the bazaar.
