The apartment was new and modern containing everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a fridge and freezer, oven, stove, and kettle. The location is centrally located to get to everything you need in Selcuk. 10 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the bus station. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are all on the doorstep. The entry code system to the main doors and your apartment are all useful if like me you want a late check-in and dont have to bother someone for a key. The customer service given from Mert the Residence manager was second to none. I kept my luggage there after check out so I could enjoy my day luggage free and could easily WhatsApp Mert if I needed anything. Overall, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We enjoyed a three night stay in a very cozy home with great view. Our host Sevgi and her son were the kindest hosts. They made us breakfast, did our laundry, introduced us to local venues and even gave us a lift during a day of rainy weather. The location is quiet yet only a 10 min walk from town center proper. Internet is good. Great sleeping quality - room was equipped with electric blinds.

We stayed end of July as family of 4. Hasan was very helpful at all times. The apartment has everything you need . We felt very comfortable staying in the apartment . Hasan provided very useful information about the area when we arrived and showed us how everything works in the apartment . The location of the apartment is great as well.

Our own pool with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The area is residential so we had no issues with noise. There is a little market down the road for fresh bread and snacks. Also loved the little cats that paid us a visit. Ladies Beach is a short walk away and taxis are so cheap we had no issues getting around. We did have to get our google maps out for most taxis but that's no issue. The unit was spotless and had aircon in all areas. We have recommended the Ada Marin to our friends who visit Kusadasi frequently. I would not stay anywhere else if we were to return.

We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Everything is 5 stars for us. 10 out of 10. We even stayed another night. The service and stuff are all friendly, welcoming, helpful, and smiley. This will definitely be a place we would love to come back to. The location is great, the bedding is comfortable, room service is beyond brilliant, and everything is well cleaned. Can't say enough

We absolutely loved our stay of 3 nights in this beautiful property whilst visiting Ephesus and the surrounds. The rooms have so lovingly been thought out with attention to detail and authentic charm ie hand crafted sheets, Turkish tiles, handmade doors and lovely rugs. Modern bathrooms with great finishes. Well equipped kitchen incl washing machine! Balconies which overlook the historical Roman aqueduct, Selcuk’s castle and St John’ Basilica. Beautiful. All an easy walk away, including the Artemis Temple and the Ephesus Museum. If you are lucky the storks may be in town. The hosts are welcoming and cannot do enough for you, including great recommendations for local food and unique souvenirs. Highly recommend staying here as this made our trip to Ephesus even more memorable. Thanks for having us Enis and Marcus.
