It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Asafuji have Shoji paper screens and a low table with floor chairs and cushions. Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. Excellent breakfast, location and super helpful staff. There is a shuttle service between the train station and a hotel.

八海 木花館 features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Oshino, 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. We had an exceptional stay at Konohanakan! The staff are brilliant and very attentive; we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. The language barrier is no issue as we were able to communicate easily using Google translate when needed. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and beautifully presented with great amenities. The view of Mt. Fuji is breathtaking and the private onsen was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We visited Oshino Hakkai (the "Eight Seas of Oshino") in the local area which is well worth a visit. It is only about a 20 minute walk from the ryokan. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay which was a huge highlight for us! The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. Everything about our stay was impressive, and we can't wait to come back.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The meal is the best, we have included breakfast and dinner in our package and it’s so localize and we live it! The aunty and grandma is so friendly and kind , helpful. Definitely worth the price

Shoji Lake Hotel provides a sauna and free private parking, and is within 18 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 18 km of Fuji-Q Highland. With an open-air bath, the 3-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The staff was super friendly and took care of us from start to finish. They were super accommodating and helped us with our car and bags. The hotel was in a great location; but is maybe better accessed by car if you want to go places. There’s a conbini accessible by foot if needed. Mt Fuji was beautiful from our room and the balcony is shared access for a great view too - we took a lot of pictures! Everything was super clean and they even had a table tennis room! The public onsen hours were long into the night for a convenient night use as well.

At the ryokan, each unit has a tatami. Some accommodation includes a terrace with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Everything was perfect; the room, minimal but comfortable, the meals, tasty and diverse, the wine bath, hot and relaxing and last but not the least the personnel, where kind, helpful and always smiling. Located just a minute's walk from Kawaguchiko Lake, Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel offers accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko, near Kawaguchiko Ohashi Bridge. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. The staff offered exceptional service. First we were not required to pay to check in early. This was very much appreciated. Also a ride back to the train station was offered even when it was not at the scheduled time. Lastly, precise instructions and advice were given to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

Well situated in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, Taiheikan is set 2 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 3.8 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 25 km from Mount Fuji. Each accommodation at the 3-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a public bath. The ryokan offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Hiromi was the most warm & welcoming host, along with her family. She even prepared some phrases As Gaeilge to welcome me! The rooms are typical ryoken style with tatami flooring, shoji doors and a comfortable futon for sleeping. Each room has a view of Mt Fuji if you are lucky to see her like I was. There is an onsen for bathing and they provide a yukata robe to wear. The location is nearby to the hop-on/hop-off bus and right beside lake Kawaguchiko which was the perfect place for photographing Mt Fuji unobstructed. The breakfast spread was amazing traditional Japanese style and they gave me a lift back to the station after check-out. I loved every element of my stay!
