Quaint is the word. The hotel is at an off-beat location, away from the crowd. The rooms are spacious and have an additional futon sofa that doubles as a bed which is enough for 2 people to cuddle. To our surprise it has 2 bathrooms and a separate shower. The decor is also very minimal and classy. The rooms are very clean. It is located in a residential area, and thus very quiet during evenings (personal preference though, might be a turn-off for some). The staff is courteous and quite helpful. Met the owner of the property too... Nice guy!

Location right next to the beach. The breakfast was a excellent a good mix of continental & Indian. Really loved the masala tea and Indian traditional breakfast. The rooms were super comfy. this is a very well maintained boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful. The location was near the beach shack restaurants, bars and far enough from the noise of Baga beach which is a 5 mins ride. This is indeed a lovely hotel.
