Cleaning staff was great. I don’t remember the names. Restaurant menu was amazing I tried break fast which were part of our package. However, dinner with buffet was amazing.

We got a lot of help, they organized a fantastic city tour with tuktuk.

But what really made our stay special was how helpful the staff were. They arranged drivers for us to different places, including one to Nuwara Eliya who turned out to be the nicest person we met in Sri Lanka. They took care of everything for us, making our time in Kandy hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the hotel staff. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy. It's like a home away from home.

The staff and the owner were lovely - all very kind and helpful. Out room was clean and comfortable. The view was very nice, we managed to see a wild porcupine, wild pigs, wild monkeys and some squirrels just from the terrace. The food (they also offer dinner) was very good, too. The location is a bit out of town, but if you want some quite and enjoy fresh air it’s the best you can do. I totally recommend. Another plus: The owner will help you book any sorts of trips for a reasonable price.

Located amidst rolling green hills and the Madulkelle Tea Estate, this property offers tents with a terrace, a seating area, and en suite bathroom with hot/cold water. Wired internet access is available. Heaven! We had a family room being a group of 4. We loved it. The boys did the tea factory tour and enjoyed a lot while us girls were chilling at the amazing pool.
