The whole team greeted us upon reaching the ryokan and served us hot tea upon returning to the room after a long day out. It really have the "coming home" feeling. The food is Kyoto speciality and there are so many courses to finish for the evening meals. It's really great to try out new cursine e public bath is well maintained and is quite exclusive as this is a small ryokan. Overall, we loved our stay here and my kids are hoping to visit them again.
