They left me speechless when they gave me a belated birthday gift (I had a birthday 2 days prior to our arrival and didn't inform the hotel). Staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to help. They are thinking out of the box and anticipating your needs.

The Nara Visitor Center and Inn is situated in the heart of Nara, just a 3-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple and Naramachi. This is the best place you can stay at for the price, I can assure you. The rooms are clean and comfortable. So is the bathroom, shower, etc. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere in Nara: The Park and Temples, the Naramachi district, the train station... The staff is amazingly nice and kind, you can tell they like their job and they enjoy dealing with travellers. I had the chance to meet Mrs Gao in the Reception Desk, and she was absolutely marvellous!!! I want to thank her again and again for her attention and kindness. I will 100% stay here again if I am back in Nara.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The location is 15 minutes walking from the train station and from the hotel is easy to move around the city.
