The hotel is ideally located in the downtown Nagoya, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Fantastic place, wonderful staff. Great, surprisingly large rooms and bathrooms- great set up. Sauna was amazing, incredibly kind staff gave my partner what he needed to cover his tattoos. Incredibly generous, we are so grateful for our stay. Very nice hotel, like all Marriott hotels. Very reasonable Xmas buffet dinner at only $50, with unlimited Wellington steak to top it off👍! Highly recommended!!

Nothing was too much trouble. Having the coffee and tea station in the lovely lobby was a great addition and also being able to fill up in bathroom goods when needed. So less wastage.

The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.
