It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

Friendly cats and dogs! They have a 'mini bar' with water, fizzy drinks, juice, beers and some small snacks which was really useful. Breakfast was fairly big and delicious. You get a discount on paragliding next door which costs I think $200.000 COP and they had a contact for someone who can drop you off at the canyon, she even brought us to Barichara at a good price!
