The family-run guest house is just a 1-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station (U1, U2, U4). I’m very grateful to this hotel for their understanding and kindness. I had to spend the whole day in the city with my family before flying out late at night, so I booked one night just to safely leave our luggage. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to do a self check-out, which was a huge help.

I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️
