The Casa del Sol is located just 1min walk away from the train station. You can reach everything in few steps. The city center is just 150m away. Just Perfect. The rooms are on a modern standard with a lovely individual touch. If available book the river side. You have a great view of Urubamba river. This makes your stay even more special. The service is outstanding. Alcines, the manager helped us to get last minute tickets for Machu Picchu. He came with us to the Ministry of culture and translated for us. Thanks for all your help! Breakfast Buffet is really nice. With all you may want for good breakfast including freshly made Omelett. The service from Maria made our mornings chilled and enjoyable. Just say - book Casa del Sol for your Machu Picchu experience and my recommendation is, book at least 2 nights for a chilled and smooth visit to the holy Inka Mountain. Frank

Everything. We loved it. The room was mlarge with a fabulous view, it was warm and we had loads of very hot water. Breakfast had a big choice and was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and big and the staff helpful and friendly.
