Everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, there's a small swimming pool that was great for moments of the day in between activities, the breakfast is amazing (Sri Lankan but they also bought milk and cereals for our children after they asked if we had a preference!). Chandima also helped arrange some transportation and a safari, and gave us tips for where to eat and how much to pay. They were all so kind with us and with the children. We also had some light dinners or snacks that we'd bought and they let us use some utensils from their kitchen. The location was convenient as we'd get to many places in Dambulla in tuktuk or walking and we used Dambulla as a base for activities in the area. Very much recommend to stay there.

A place made for relaxation. The house and garden are tastefully decorated in Japanese style, with incense sticks adding to the harmonious atmosphere. Great food, smiling and very helpful staff, willing to help organise trips. They lent us bicycles free of charge - thanks to them we were able to explore the more distant, picturesque countryside. We felt so comfortable in the accommodation that we cancelled part of the programme and just relaxed. In my son's opinion, the best accommodation in Sri Lanka!

Nice family run place and value for money esp with the included breakfast.Even specially made some kiribath for us. It's right in town but down a small lane, so you don't hear noise from busy main road. They also run a taxi service which is very reasonable!

The property is very close to Dambulla, but still in a very quiet place surrounded by the nature. The room was big, comfortable and well designed and furnished. The food was excellent too and the people working there has been lovely! A shame we only spent one night there.

We loved our stay in Amaya Lake and even extended our stay. The resort is widely spread, the buffet is great, the pool and other facilities (tennis court) have been nice and also our room (Suite) was amazing! Very great place to be and compared to other high-class locations great value for money. we would recommend to book with Dinner as its a nice treat if you come back from a day at Sigiriya or Polonnaruwa.

This accommodation is located near the Sigiriya Rock, just the right distance from the entrance, accessible by foot. Our room was really neat and comfortable. We were provided with an electric kettle, some tea and coffee, and also with some staff of sanitary kit (shampoo, soap, body lotion). The breakfast was really delicious, cooked by the host family. Also, we arranged a safari trip to see elephants which was an unforgettable life-experience! Highly recommended to families with children. This place is definitely one of the most loved accommodations in Sri Lanka!
