The host is very nice and helpful. The unit is clean and tidy. Complete facilities for travellers. Beds are comfortable and the environment is very quiet. For this cost, I am very satisfied. I will definitely book it again if I come to this place in future.

The customer service was impeccable, the room was huge, and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the onsen on the 11th floor - so relaxing and such a great view. I also liked the fact I could rent a bike, which I did. It was a great way to see the town.

Great place to stay at! Rooms are simple and beautiful. Common area is nice and comfortable, we especially liked the big kitchen and counter around it. Great restaurants and izakayas are very close. Oh, and the owner is amazing 🙂

Their Japanese room was the most beautiful of the whole trip with a lovely view. The futon was so comfortable, we had a great stay.

Shuttle service was great. Room was not too small for the price. Clean. Stuff were really wonderful.

The room had a great ocean view, you could watch the sun setting by the beach. The room was very spacious for our family of 5. Separate bathroom and toilet was very convenient. The hot spring was awesome, very big with 2 levels. Free ice cream after a hot bath was very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast and dinner was very good, food was great & had lots of variety to choose from.
