The customer service was impeccable, the room was huge, and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the onsen on the 11th floor - so relaxing and such a great view. I also liked the fact I could rent a bike, which I did. It was a great way to see the town.

Shuttle service was great. Room was not too small for the price. Clean. Stuff were really wonderful.

The japanese room was amazing and I loved the public bath. We walked to a lovely ramen restaurant from hôtel and had bkf from 7 eleven across the road. Staff was perfect Laundry room was a bonus

Great place to stay at! Rooms are simple and beautiful. Common area is nice and comfortable, we especially liked the big kitchen and counter around it. Great restaurants and izakayas are very close. Oh, and the owner is amazing 🙂
