The guest house was comfortable, extremely clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast is delicious and homemade. Even though the streets of Udaipur are chaotic and noisy, the guesthouse was a peaceful haven.

Previously owned by the Maharaj of Madri and restored to its current state, Madri Haveli features elegant rooms with stained glass windows. The area around it is conserved for tourist heritage walk.

Our experience in Madri Haveli exceeded our expectations. The Haveli and the rooms are just like the pictures, and the rooftop restaurant was excellent; we recommend it’s breakfast. The room was comfy and very wide, as well as the bathroom. The staff was really friendly and attentive with us, we would recommend it!

Mahendra Prakash is located in Udaipur, 350 metres from Hanuman Ji Temple. It features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and rooms with a TV. Free parking is provided.

We had such a good stay at Mahendra Prakash. The property (including the rooms) looks amazing and is super clean throughout. The pool and garden area is pristine and is such a peaceful place to relax. The breakfast was great with good options and some live music which really brought a nice ambience - we stayed for a couple of dinners too which were really good. All the staff members are so friendly and really make you feel at home. The manager and his family are very approachable and we had some lovely chats. Everyone remembers you and nothing feels too much of an ask; they’re willing to go out of their way to help you.

All of it was absolutely wonderful. Tea, water, shampoo etc. were plentiful, a newspaper was delivered to the room in the morning, the installations and grounds were immaculate, the location was stunning, the staff were helpful but not instrusive and the whole stay was blissfully relaxing. It was my birthday and not only did they give me a free cake but also a birthday surprise, which I won't mention here so as not to spoil it for others.

Situated in the middle of Lake Pichola and built in 1746, Taj Lake Palace is built with marble and features majestic architecture.

Luxury. Well trained staff. Wonderful chefs. A historical hotel and no tipping just a box to put in at the end. Entry and departure procedures excellent. Great boat crew to welcome us. Lovely views of the city at night time. Polite and helpful staff. Interesting historical tour of the hotel. Lovely evening dance performance.

It was clean and well maintained. We also got an upgrade in the room which was awesome! The staff was very friendly & helpful. They went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable (including getting us medicines in odd hour of the night when we could not step out ourselves)
