Right on the beach….our sea facing bungalow had a small veranda with spectacular views. The property also has a beach front bar and restaurant with excellent value food and drink. Free sun beds and each evening the sun beds were removed to facilitate dining tables and chairs for sunset dinners ( or drinks ). A pleasant surprise was the rooms had one way glass in their large fronted windows which allowed you to look over the beach without others looking in. Staff were really helpful. Good WiFi was a big bonus.

Me and my family stayed in Crystall Goa for several days during out trip in Palolem and we can really recommend this hotel. The location is great, very near the beach and it is well cleaned but the staff and the service is what stood out to me. They did everything to make our stay more comfortable and were so nice (especially Anil who we had the most contact with is a star 😊). Thank you for everything!

What a lovely place! Our room was facing the ocean (far from kayak centre and river, that’s why we absolutely loved it!) and we enjoyed every moment while being there. Tasty food, free shuttle to the parking, very welcoming staff. I would definitely come back, one of the best “underrated” views in GOA (P.S. From OUR room)

Extremely friendly and helpful service doubling up as travel agency and tourist guides. Everything was top notch, no fails. Excellent kitchen, stylish cottage with open bathroom, nice garden. They really care for their customers. When I had a small accident, the owner himself showed up with a basket of fruit to inquire how I was doing. The whole thing is being run in a highly professional way surpassing any European standards. Last but not least - it's a birder's paradise.

Starting with the welcoming until the departure is nothing to complaint about this resort. Is the perfect destination when you want to enjoy nature, sun and smiles. The rooms were great , clean and with everything we need it, very clean each corner of the resort, the food is to die for ..:: the staff is amazing and i can say this hotel is now on our top destinations that will remain close to our memories. The butler asigned and the manager are doing their job extremely good and they are 100a% involved in clients to be happy
