Very friendly staff. Great breakfast, lovely hotelroom. Clean room. Free coffee/tea service in the lobby, was a nice an welcome extra. Nearby the center of Budapest, about 20 minute walk. Quicker when using the nearby metro or going with an e-step. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest.

The staff is super nice and accommodating! We had a problem with the aircondition on the first night , they upgraded our room , gave us a free basket and complimentaries . What excellent service from the maintenance staff to reception . Special thanks to Matte . They gave us excellent recommendations for food, locations . The hotel was super comfortable , priced very reasonably and a lovely breakfast . Location is also good next to bus , tram and metro . Highly recommended
