Our ferry was very late, requiring special instructions. We were very stressed, but reception was so kind and clear over the phone and via email. She even went up early with our room key to start the AC. Because we were so late, she offered us a later checkout. The triple room was exactly what we needed. The room was spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, everything seems really new. Even the lawn was very well taken care of. The swimming pool is ideal for small children and the restaurant serves snacks which is very convenient. Extra: you can have any type of coffee you want in the breakfast without extra charge
